Well, it's transformation Tuesday again. I came across the first photo from October 2014 when we went to the local Pumpkin Patch for my daughters 4th Birthday. I weighed 211 pounds when that photo was taken. The second photo is from Saturday (3/28/15) weighing 177. I did not realize how much weight I've lost since October. I am pleasantly surprised.
I posted this photo on my Instagram and while I had awesome comments from my beautiful fit sisters, I also got multiple messages in my DM asking me what programs I am using or what pills I am taking, or if I want to buy their wraps or shakes and what not. So, I am going to answer these questions for everyone. 1. I am not using any type of program. I eat clean. I exercise. And basically that's it. 2. I DO NOT take any type of pills! Refer back to #1. 3. NO! I REPEAT NO! I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING YOU ARE SELLING! I am seriously not trying to be rude y'all, but seriously. When you get 4-5 DM's every single day asking you to buy something, it gets a bit irritating. I don't believe in the wraps and I can easily go to my local grocery and purchase protein powder for 10x cheaper than you're trying to sell it. Again, not trying to be rude, just realistic. I am on an ALL NATURAL weight loss journey. I am doing my own thing. Thank you all for offering, but please, stop.

Seriously though. This whole no exercising mess is getting to me. It has been a part of my everyday life since September 2014 and to just not be able to do it is awful. I'm thinking since I feel amazing and I can read my body really well, that I am going to try and start walking again on Monday. Maybe start out a mile and see how that goes and slowly move up every few days until I am given the clear to begin running again. If I don't do something soon I will end up losing it LOL
Anyway, I thought I'd also give ya'll some Friday motivation! Have a blessed weekend!! Hello Fit Fam! Well, as most of you know I had to have surgery last Friday. I have endometriosis and have problems associated with that that I will not get into too much detail about here. But anyway, I had one of three choices. 1.Do nothing. 2.Have a partial hysterectomy and be out of commission for 6 weeks including not holding my kids(not going to happen). 3.Have a D&C, hysteroscopy and uterine ablation and be back on your feet in roughly a week.
I chose number 3, obviously. I was afraid to be put to sleep but fought the fear and did it anyway. Surgery went well. I had pain afterwards and slept allllllll day (totally thought I had narcolepsy) but by Saturday I was back on my feet and felt amazing. I called my doctor today to make a post-op appointment and was informed that I am not allowed to exercise or RUN for FOUR WEEKS!! What? Seriously? Instant sad face. I was not informed of this before my surgery. I am going to try to low pact exercises and walk as much as possible and definitely focus more on what I put in my mouth for the next four weeks. This is going to test me and I have to be honest, I am a little nervous about it. Hello all! I am here today to do a review of a free product I received from Influenster in my VoxBox! This time I received the J'adore Dessange Oleo Miracle Replenishing Set which included Shampoo, Conditioner and Replenishing Oil. In short this set is amazing. It took me a minute to get used to the smell because it reminds me of spicy potpourri. After a minute though I loved it! And the smell stays! After shampooing and conditioning my hair I was already surprised at how wonderful my hair felt. Then I added the replenishing oil. WOW! It not only made my hair silky smooth, which I have not felt since before I started coloring my hair, but it also did not leave an oily residue which I was a little nervous about. So, I totally give this set two thumbs up and it will be something I will be purchasing in the future.
I received these product free for review from Influenster, but all opinions are my own. |
