I am going to challenge myself this month in a couple of ways. One, I am not going to weigh every day, like I have been.
I am also doing a No Junk Food Challenge and an October Squat Challenge.
I am really excited about seeing the results at the end of the month! I am doing the squat challenge on top of my daily workout. So, I am hoping to see some great results! I should be good and worn out by the time I get done with it all too, which will be great!
