On really bad days I sit and think about why I kill myself everyday working out and passing up delicious unhealthy foods, like my daughters birthday cake today. I have had a list of goals in my head that I repeat to myself to help me and I thought I'd finally jot them down and share them with all of you. I'd LOVE to hear your goals as well!
