Hello and Happy October to you all. This is my very favorite month out of the year! Not because it is my baby girls birthday month or the fact that it is Halloween but because in this month is when the leaves really begin to change and it cools off to a nice crisp air outside. It is the most beautiful time of the entire year. I am going to challenge myself this month in a couple of ways. One, I am not going to weigh every day, like I have been. I am also doing a No Junk Food Challenge and an October Squat Challenge. I am really excited about seeing the results at the end of the month! I am doing the squat challenge on top of my daily workout. So, I am hoping to see some great results! I should be good and worn out by the time I get done with it all too, which will be great!
